Return Policy

At Alanoa, your satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To start a return:
- Email us at hello@alanoa.co with your order number
- We’ll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days

Return Requirements:
- Must be in original condition
- Include tags and packaging
- Final sale items are non-returnable

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
