Founders Note

I didn't create Alanoa because life was easy. I created it because I hit a place where I had to decide — evolve or stay broken.

I was carrying the weight of losing important people, dealing with endless hardships in life, doubted by those I thought would support me, ignored by those when I needed connection most, and silently battling health issues that no one really saw or understood. It felt like everyone — and everything — was slipping through my fingers out of my control. 

I knew I couldn't stay there.

I realized I had to return to a place where I can feel like myself and take the time to think. The Hawaiian Islands. In the stillness of the waves brushing against the shore, framed by the massive, humbling mountains, I began to reframe my mindset. That moment broke the noise. I felt peace for the first time in a long time — but more than that, it gave me the clarity and motivation to take control of my life, rewrite my path, and become the man I kept saying I would be.

That's where Alanoa was born. 

The truth is, I still carry the weight of these challenges. But learning to live Alanoa has given me the strength to manage them with clarity and discipline. It's not about being perfect. It's about showing up every day with purpose and a mindset that refuses to break, no matter how heavy life gets.

Someone once very important to me looked at me and told me I need to change. That "if you don't want to feel how much of a failure you are, then do something about it". 

I did something about it.

This brand is for anyone who's ever faced the waves of life that break you down — and get right back up. Who's been doubted, underestimated, and dismissed. It's for those who were told they'd never be more than their past. Called a failure. For those who carry pain but walk forward anyway. For those who rebuild — not for applause, not to be noticed — but because they refuse to stay broken.

I didn't just change; I became an embodiment of a lifestyle and mindset built off of self-reflection. Everything they said I couldn't be.

This brand is just a small part of my story — stitched into every seam.

It's the discipline I had to build in silence. The mindset I rebuilt when no one was clapping. The lifestyle I live now — calm, focused, and grounded in who I've become.
